Internal caulking
We provide professional internal silicone application for new builds, renovations, maintenance work and completed properties. Internal caulking helps seal gaps, improve the final appearance of an area and create a clean transition between different materials and surfaces.
External caulking
External caulking helps seal gaps exposed to weather, moisture and movement. We provide external caulking for residential and commercial properties using products selected according to the surface, exposure and expected joint movement — silicone, polyurethane or another suitable sealant depending on the project specifications.
Re-caulking services
Removal and replacement of existing silicone
Over time silicone can become mouldy, discoloured, cracked, loose, damaged, separated from the surface, poorly finished or difficult to clean. Our re-caulking service includes removing existing silicone where possible, cleaning and preparing the area and applying new silicone.

Workmanship guarantee
Any defect directly caused by our workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost.
Repairs required due to external factors, damage by other trades, building movement, damaged surfaces, or areas that were incomplete or not ready at the time of installation will be charged separately.
